• License to Hagal: By submitting content to the Services, you grant Hagal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Services and Hagal’s business.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Norway, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hagal regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and Hagal relating to the Services.
• Severability:If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Hagal’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
