Who we are looking for:  

Hagal is seeking an experienced professional to take on the responsibility of developing and managing our battery center in Hokksund. We believe a background in electrical engineering and manufacturing is important to bring our production facilities to the next level.

 

Hagal has established laboratory and prototyping facilities in Hokksund. You will take the helm as location manager for our Hokksund facilities and work with highly qualified colleagues within the fields of power electronics, signal processing, physics based modeling of battery systems and computer science. The position reports to the Managing Director.

  

We are looking for someone with: 

• An electronics / electrical systems manufacturing background
• The ability to structure work tasks
• Facility management experience
• Preferably a basic knowledge of battery systems
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• A proficient working knowledge of Norwegian and English 
• Strong focus on HSE in everyday work
• Quality standards and safety experience
• Team leader experience
